Postnatal Recovery Online Pilates

This is a course of recorded Prenatal Pilates classes which you can start anytime. They are adapted for pregnancy and progress gradually. The course ends with a set of 3rd Trimester classes where together we prepare our body for birth and beyond. All classes are instructed by a pregnant pilates trained physiotherapist, they are safe throughout the pregnancy, however if unsure ask your gynea for the go ahead. You can also purchase the pack as a whole with the postnatal course where I started the recording a few weeks after my C-section, so the classes start very slowly and progress gradually to help you restore and regain your strength back without doing any harm. I had a huge abdominal gap (4 fingers diastasis recti) so they are adapted and safe for this as well!
Classes are generally around 45 mins but vary between 30 to 50 mins
As a general rule you can start postnatal pilates 6 weeks after C section and about a week after natural birth (no complications or tears). It is best to get your midwife or gynea's go ahead before you start.
Classes are recorded on private links, once you place the order we will send you the link for the playlist of all classes. You can do them ANY TIME YOU LIKE AND AS MANY TIMES AS YOU'D LIKE :)
